Admission Requirements for AMAL Seminary, Aalim Program and Degree Program
- AGE Requirements:
- 16 + years only.
- Degree Program – For Brothers and Sisters.
- Aalim Program – For Brother Only.
- Proficiency in Reading the Qur’an. (must submit a recording)
- Successful Interview with the Student.
- Commitment to the Rigorous Study Regime.
- Complete Admission Application.
- Must be enrolled in some form of Online School College/University for General Academics. (AMAL Institute will also offer an Online School program, Please see our Academic section under AMAL Academy)
Discipline Requirements
- Maintain Attendance and Punctuality.
- Respect of Teachers, Students and Peers.
- Self Interest and Motivation by the Student.
- Maintain Progress and Pass Examinations.
- Zero Tolerance of Physical & Verbal Abuse (both by Students and Teachers)
- No Phone Use Policy during Class Times. (Laptops, ipads, and Tablets are acceptable)

We will follow a semester based schedule. A total of three Semesters in one Calendar year will be offered with short intensive courses offered in Winter and or Summer Breaks.
- Yearly Calendar:
- Three Semesters: Spring, Summer & Fall.
- Spring: January 10th until to May 15th.
- Summer: June 1st until July 30th.
- Fall: September 1st until December 20th. (1st year only)
- Holidays Calendar:
- Fort Bend Academic Calendar.
- All Islamic Holidays.
- Yearly Calendar:
Fee Structure
Admission & Course Tuition Fee:
- Degree Program.
- For part time & Degree students; $50.00
- Admission fee is valid for one full academic year.
- Tuition fee per course per semester: $250.00 (may vary per course
- For Aalim Program;
- Admission Fee along with Semester or yearly fees are based on interviews with partial/full scholarship options.
- Aalim Program:
- Admission fee: $150. per student.
- Monthly Fee: $500. per student. (Semester/Yearly Discounts available)
- Total cost including all fees for Aalim Program will be dependent on the interview/enrollment process with scholarships/financial aid opportunities.
General Costs: (Applicable to all)
